Has anyone got a favorite recipe using coriander or cilantro?

  • Finely chop green pepper, tomatoes, onions, garlic, green onions and cilantro - jalipeno if you like a little spicier
    Squeeze 1 lime (it's what makes it taste so awesome!)
    salt to taste
    scoops or doritos

  • I only ever use dried coriander and only in conjunction with Curry powder. Now, cilantro I use ALL THE TIME fresh. Are you looking for recipes for fresh or dried versions?

  • We make our own taco/Mexican seasoning instead of buying packets, and the coriander goes into that. Nothing we really use it standalone. Can't stand cilantro - I'm one of those people for which it tastes like detergent (genetic thing - some people taste spice, some people taste soap)

  • Because It links up with the other health question which gives the health benefits of cliantro. Since there seems to be a small interest I will post a few more as they come along
