Blues after the flu?

I had a pretty tough week. All I could do was sleep, or lay around and wish I was asleep. I think I'm finally starting the uphill climb, but now I've got the blues. You'd think I'd be happy to get back to my life, but all I want to do is find a hole somewhere and crawl into it. How can I fight this? Please, no mean remarks, I don't need those. And I'm not suicidal or anything, so let's skip the hotline numbers. I'm just sort of ... stuck.

  • Make a to do list and get a few things done. Feeling productive can help even if its just things that you have to do anyway.
