Dear CM:

Please stop with the "Chrstian Mingle" ads. Yes, I know I'm single. But, Christian Mingle....really???? Yuck! I'd rather gauge my eyes out than talk about Jesus on a date. I'm not even Jewish but, I'd use J Date over Christian Mingle...mainly b/c I think some Jewish guys are hot. You know, the whole "dorky cute" thing. Anywhooo....enough with the CM ads. Hmmmmmmm...CM & CM, is that why you are promoting them b/c they have the same initials? For shame!

*Disclaimer* yes, I know the ads shown on CM are usually based on searches performed on your computer. But, Christian Mingle......geeze! I guess this is what I get for going to Match.com once 2 yrs ago.

    Yes, or rather, an alternative one. So many gay and non-Christian people were screened out of eHarmony's bogus algorithms that a company called chemistry.com started marketing itself as the site for eharmony rejects. They're the ones that had the commercials with the guy looking at a playboy-type mag for a while then saying, "nope, still gay".

  • I keep seeing it too and I have never been to any dating sites. I think it's just one of their paid advertisers.

  • I just watched a movie and on it was a dating site for married people called wondering eyes lol I wonder if they really have sites like that. Not because my eyes are wondering just because that's messed up.

  • I just have to add that the "Christian Mingle" ads are very prominent on Adult Swim late at night. (Family Guy, American Dad, Robot Chicken, etc.) They are really missing their target audience on that one.... LOL. Do they not do demographic studies before they spend money?
