Do you think this would taste good?

im running low on ingredients in the pantry, but not making a trip to the store til tomorrow when my oldest goes back to school.

anyhow, i took out some chicken breasts, and i have a jar of alfredo sauce. typically, i make chicken alfredo with some sort of pasta (fettucine, rotini, penne, whatever i have on hand) but the only pasta i have is spaghetti & a few manicotti shells.

so i was thinking of dicing up the chicken, cooking it and tossing it some of the alfredo sauce with a bit of mozz. cheese, then stuffing the manicotti shells with the chicken/alfredo/cheesy mixture and pouring the remaining alfredo sauce/mozz cheese over it and baking. so pretty much manicotti with alfredo sauce. what do you think? should i try it or just play it safe and make alfredo with spaghetti noodles?
