Cake decorating fondant advice :)

I'm making my first fondant birthday cake for my stepdaughter this Sunday. I have a few pieces that need to be dried so they stand up. How many days in advance should I make them? Its marshmallow fondant. Thanks so much!

  • No harm in starting now - better to let them dry longer than to wait and chance them not being dry. Don't put them in the fridge or in direct sunlight though.
