Bisquick sausage cheese balls...help

I love them, but ever time I make them the bottoms are burnt. How do I prevent that?

  • What are you baking them on? Have you checked your oven to see if it's baking at the temp you set it at?

  • I have this problem with any biscuits I make.. homemade, canned. I flip them half way through and they come out perfect.

  • I made some for New Year's and I baked them on parchment paper. Didn't have to grease and they turned out perfectly!

  • You can buy it at the store. It will be by the tin foil.
