  • A buffalo chicken thingy I created. DH asked for it specifically since I accidentally left the dog out of her crate this morning and said I owe him. lol

  • Spaghetti. Wednesday is usually our "spaghetti night," but DH is being taken out to lunch and probably won't be hungry when he gets home...and since he LOVES spaghetti, we'll just have it a day sooner.

  • I don't know yet. You got any suggestions? I'm really drawing a blank today. I'm thinking it might be a good night for Japanese take-out.

  • Either veggie/beef/barley soup or chili and cinnamon rolls. I mentioned soup and 1 kids hollered "chili!" so we'll see which one it'll be.

  • Stir fry - beef, broccoli, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, pineapple and water chestnuts over rice. Fortune cookies for dessert!
