  • How does she know she's 10 weeks along if they can't see a baby in there?

  • Occasional light spotting isn't all that uncommon during pregnancy. Did the ultrasound tech point out a heartbeat? I'm not sure how much they see at 10 weeks. I think my first was at 12 weeks and it looked like a little peanut or bean with a little flash of a heart beat.

  • She is calculating from her missed period about the 10 weeks.

  • I think that means no baby. The best person to answer this is this doctor.

  • I had that happen twice and it meant that the baby didn't develop and I eventually miscarried. I hope that isn't the case with your daughter.

  • Hopefully she's off on when she got pregnant and just missed the 1st period due to hormonal fluctuations, and is only 4-6 weeks
