  • I do not need to share their values only respect the manner in which they came to support those values.
    If I do not respect the values, or the manner in which they were derived I will have no respect for the person and thus a relationship will not be compatible.

  • I don't think a relationship would work out very well if basic values weren't shared. There would be too many conflicts about how to view the world and react to life.
