Ripe Bananas

Does anybody have a good recipe besides banana bread that uses ripe bananas? A friend of mine always takes the leftovers home from the hotel where she works and shares the wealth, since they won't put out the fruit when the peel has any brown on it at all, but my family is getting tired of banana bread.

  • Smoothies? That's all I can think of. You can mash them up and stick them in the freezer for future use too.

  • Peel, chunk, freeze, and add to smoothies. Peel, shove a popsicle stick in, dip in melted chocolate & lay on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with nuts, freeze, eat like a popsicle. I have a few banana cake & banana bar recipes if you want them. Banana nut muffins. Other banana muffins.
