  • The alternative to butterfly's answer is:

buy english muffins, sauce, cheese and toppings.
spread sauce on a muffin half
top with cheese and other toppings you enjoy
bake at 350 until the cheese bubbles.

If you are wanting to learn how to make your own dough, that is a completely different question.

  • Spread out refrigerated pizza dough and top with pizza sauce from a jar. Top then with whatever toppings you so choose. Bake. Enjoy.

  • You can buy refrigerated (not frozen) pizza dough at a lot of grocery stores now.
Buy dough, spread it out on pan.
    Put on desired toppings.
    Bake.

That's what I do. I'm not about to attempt to make dough in my tiny kitchen.

  • Whst kind of pizza? Completly home-made, or really quick and really good?

The refrigerated crust is really good, spread with ragu pizza sauce from a jar, and your favorite toppings, and you are ready to go...

Or use a french or garlic bread crust from the frozen section for something different

  • Go to local Pizza shop and ask for a half baked pizza. Bring home and pop in oven at 425 for 10 minutes.
