  • baby Kaleb is alive now! The accused has not gone to trial yet, and STILL maintains her innocence. Some have reported that this was not SBS at all but a prior medical condition. His mother had claimed all over the internet, tv, and newspapers that he was "perfectly healthy" prior to the day care provider watching him for the 2 and a half days in total, but there has since been proof that this statement in fact was not true. The Schwade family have now filed a civil suit (for those that dont know-that is ONLY for money) against the sitter, THE CHURCH, the charity that ran the daycare, & the home owners. They want the civil case to go ahead of the criminal case. Question is: if Kalebs mother is only interested in finding the truth and justice, why a civil suit, and why BEFORE Kaleb's medical info is brought out in the criminal trial? hmmmmm sounds fishy! I feel SO bad for Kaleb AND the falsely accused Sitter.....
