  • Don't give him juice at all - it's feeding him unnecesary sugar. Give him water if he's thirsty - it's a good habit to encourage.

  • What kind of juice are you giving him, and how much? They really don't really need juice at this age. I was always told no more than 1 cup a day, and to water it down...50 juice, 50 water.

  • Kids do not need juice. Ever. If you want fruit. Give fruit. Fruit is natrual juice.

    too acidic
    when juice it was watered down juice, and no citruis

  • white grape juice is the gentlest juice. However juice should be a treat not a daily thing. Juice is not really necessary. It is just a sugary drink. The only nutritional benefit is the vit c and that you are better off getting from the actual fruit so you can get the fiber as well!
