To keep having children when you know you can't afford it? Like if you can't afford food, would you ttc?

  • No, I don't think it is fair and I think it is highly irresponsible to try to conceive while unable to afford another child. It's not fair to the child, to the other siblings, to tax payers, etc. However, I have learned that life isn't fair.

  • no its not. DH and i would love to have more kids, but we cant afford it (without giving up everything extra). it would be wrong of us to give up being able to provide for the kids we have now, just so i could satisfy my "i wanna baby" itch.
