  • I have been using for about 6 months now. I have liked it alot. Lost 17 pounds so far. Just by watching my calories. I have 2 boys (4 and 2), so no formal exercise and I sit at a desk 4 days a week. I think the biggest eye opener is how many calories you are actually eating. Some things pack more of a punch than you realize!

  • Today is my first day trying out this My Fitness Pal app. So far I skipped breakfast (not on purpose) and discovered that my favorite store bought salad is 560 CALORIES!! WTF!! So my brunch is currently half that salad and a lean pocket.

  • I don't diet. It doesn't work long term. I've been slowing changing my eating habits over the past year. I try to keep processed and convenience foods to a minimum. I try to cook from scratch as much as possible. And I have cut out all but the occasional soda, no artificial sweeteners, and started taking my coffee black.

  • I started a diet/exercise program again today. Tried to start last week but dd had the flu all week. So far today I've already blown it. Maybe tomorrow will be better....

  • I'm like balagan, I don't actually diet - just change my eating habits. Right now I do need to work on some changes again. But I'm maintaining for now, which is good - can't say I really want to lose at the moment.

  • I don't diet either but I lost a good deal of weight last year by just eating tons of fruit and veggies, no intentional exercise. I also quit eating meat, and dairy except for cheese. I will never go on a strict diet again. Everytime I ever did that, I would gain weight afterwards.
