Is bowling an old person sport?

I have about 25 minutes to decide if I want to join a league. I'm 31. I'm thinking I'll be the youngest there lol. Any thoughts?

  • Super old people can't do it. They'll throw out their backs.

  • Everyone I've known on a bowling league (and its not many) were in their 30s to 40s. That isn't old to me!

  • Nope. My niece and her DH have been in a league for at least a couple of years, and they're 28 and 30 now. Plenty of people still do it.

  • Oh heck no! I'm 32 and if it weren't for my shoulder, DH and I have talked about joining a league! My kids love bowling too! Any time we go it's dominated by teens-40s.
