Hi intensity training( HIT )

Anyone lose weight and belly fat using this?

  • HIIT is great for losing fat, just be aware that you cannot out-exercise a poor diet! Eating right is 80% of the battle. =)

  • HIIT is cardio. So it will burn fat. But like the first poster said you can't out exercise your diet. Eating right is absolutely 80% of the the battle. I would alternate cardio days and weight training days. Your cardio days can consist of any type of cardio you like, including HIIT. But ultimately you also need to be building muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat, cardio eats up your muscle and this is why you can't do cardio alone.
