I am the worst cake baker! I am trying to make my dd birthday cake for tomorrow and I guess I didn't wait long enough for it to cool before trying to get it out of the pan b/c now there is a chunk all jacked up...embarrassed mini Looks like it will be staying in the pan. hehe

  • Aww- it's ok- they will love you for trying! And you can laugh about it for years to come! lol :p I failed at a banana cream pie for my dad & to this day they still remind me of the banana cream soup pie I made for him! lol :)

  • no, no, no. lol. Take it out crumble it and mix it with the frosting. Then melt some chocolate for coating in a bowl. Make the cake mix into balls- coat- allow to set--- cake balls. Makes you look like a genius baker. LINK

  • Yeah frosting patches that right up. Think of it as plaster.... You just stick the cake back in place and frost over it.
