My 3yr old daughter will not eat solid foods. Please Help

First and foremost she is 3 years old and has hydrocephalus. For the longest time all i could get her to take was milk her pediatrician prescribed her pedisure. She took to that well because of course it was milk based. No matter what i did she wouldnt eat anything else. after searching for a cup that she would use she finally found one she took. then in march of 12 she had a seizure due to high fever and through the cup down, wouldnt take a cup a bottle food of any kind and was steady losing weight on me i of course spent everyday for a week at the pediatricians office. and all i was getting was if you dont get her to eat we will put in a feeding tube. So scared for that to take place i went home and grabbed a medicine dropper and began forcing baby food down as well as her liquids. Now several mths later this is the only way i can get her to eat or drink. she needs to learn to eat solids and drink from a cup. HELP ME PLEASE
