Thawing frozen breastmilk!

So I have the plastic container (made for storing frozen breastmilk) in a bowl of cool water

Can I feed baby out of this plastic bottle after being frozen?

Also, I took out two bottles of frozen breastmilk from the freezer, 2 ounces in each.

They were held together by a plastic clip, when I took one of the bottles off the clip it broke the plastic- can I use that breastmilk or do you think the plastic breaking put any broken plastic particles in it? It was a clean break.

  • SIL thaws her milk in hot water if she needs it quick (she usually does in the fridge but sometimes forgets to take more out of freezer or something).
