Help!!!!! adult content

So ive had diarrhea all day and my left hand wont stop shaking:( Im freaking out what could be wrong?

  • I agree with Kristi. Try to get some liquids in you. If you can not keep any down get some pedialyte and take a tablespoon. if you keep it down repeat every 15 minutes if it come right back out, wait 1 hour and try again.

  • Your electrolytes are low. Drink some pedialyte (as someone else suggested) or some water with a bit of sugar in it. If you can stomach a banana, eat it.
