MTHFR gene mutation is associated with an inability to rid body of heavy metals (why autistic children are more affected by thimerosol in vaccines than other children).

Yeah, that's how I remembered it at first, butterfly. We were diagnosed back in 2005, and right now we're having more genetic testing done. This is the first mention I've heard of it having a possible connection to autism.
