after giving birth to 3 kids i gain so much weight i started taking these Japanese diet pills and they made me drop 50 pounds in 3 months i was 220 now i am 179 and i really dont want to keep taking these pills i am still doing yoga and zumba but my eating habits are still kind of bad since im not the only one who cooks at home and i am the only one at home on a diet any ideas on delicious healthy recipes exercises i can do at home? i really want to loos 40 more poundsAnswer Question
