Loosing weight

after giving birth to 3 kids i gain so much weight i started taking these Japanese diet pills and they made me drop 50 pounds in 3 months i was 220 now i am 179 and i really dont want to keep taking these pills i am still doing yoga and zumba but my eating habits are still kind of bad since im not the only one who cooks at home and i am the only one at home on a diet any ideas on delicious healthy recipes exercises i can do at home? i really want to loos 40 more pounds

  • Check out Weightwatchers - the idea is to lose weight by learning how to eat healthy. As there is no calorie counting, there is absolutely no reason why the rest of the family cannot eat the same food as you.

  • who's to say you can't extend your healthier eating habits to the rest of the family?
    Who does the grocery shopping? If you do, only bring in wholesome nutritious foods and ingredients so that only wholesome nutritious food can be cooked regardless of who is cooking.
    You should really get off the diet pills - they have been known to do more harm than good in the long run. Eat healthy and clean, increase your activity, drink plenty of water, cut out sugar and sugary drinks and the last 40 will go.

  • Eat fresh fruits and veggies as much as possible. Stick to whole grains. Try not to wait to eat till you're ravenous; then you'll overdo it or reach for junk food. Drink lots of water. Make small, gradual changes in your diet so you don't get overwhelmed and quit trying. Good luck!

  • Fresh foods and vegetables and cooking from scratch will help you lose weight. Take a walk after dinner each evening. Just a short 15 minute walk.

    Lovely question.
    1.Decide what quantity weight you would like to lose - most of the people begin their weight loss journey by claiming to be xyz kilos overweight. this is not a healthy thanks to project or aim for weight loss.
    2.Time management - this can be very often unmarked. Decide that a part of your day are dedicated to exercise, once within the week you'll extra service on groceries, and once you can do the change of state - all at intervals your current work and residential life routine.
    3.Eat healthy home cooked meals - whether or not it's you who's change of state, a friend, or house facilitate, make sure that all practices healthy change of state strategies, and ingredients.
    4Drink many water
    5.Start a cardio + weights exertion - A healthy weight loss programme is incomplete while not an honest exercise routine, and weight coaching mixed with cardio is that the best thanks to reduce.
