my life is really complicated when it comes to money i dont have a job i dont have papers i have 3 kids and my husband works 4 days out of the week any suggestions on what can i do! this is starting to stress me out

  • all the situation is stressing you out. i would seek legal advice. place yourself in a situation which gives you some comfort, peace of a mind, at least temp.

  • You immigrated here when you were 2 and you or your parents didn't make you a naturalized citizen? Either go get naturalized or apply for a green card based on being married to a us citizen. The state department has information on both processes.

    That's assuming her husband is not also an illegal immigrant that was transported here as a child under their parent's work visa and has not been naturalized or gotten the apppropriate permits. In either case she needs to go visit her state department to figure out where she stands and how to rectify her situation.

  • Take your birth certificate and your marriage certificate and go to your local social security office. Ask them what you need to do.

  • What papers? I guess step one is get your life in order and get these papers and find a job to support your kids. Or you could try getting rid of unnecessary expenses.
