  • You have anger issues. You need to take a break, give yourself a timeout in your room and calm down.

  • you need a time out. tell your kids you are really upset & frustrated, go to your room, and scream into your pillow till you feel better.

  • Jeez, moms, take it easy.

It means your kids are driving you crazy and you've had a long day. Just take a deep breath and relax. Lock yourself in the bathroom for a few minutes if you have to so you can calm down. Things will look better in the morning.

  • Anger so bad it causes the person to shake is a classic sign on anger issues. It is always best to address them early and learn proper methods of dealing with anger so that it does not result in a violent outburst. So to say her kids make her so upset she shakes means she needs to get help. NOW.

  • Or she needs a minute to cool down and hopefully figure out how she got there. Maybe make some adjustments so her buttons don't get pushed so hard or so often. Just sayin'. It happens.

  • I think it means you are ready for a time out. Go to the other room and count to 10 while deep breathing.
