Name Opinion

What do you think of the name Tarran for a boy? We are thinking of Tarran Alexander. DH wants to go back to his roots for the names, and this is the only one that seems somewhat doable for me.

Honestly, I'm not a fan. It's by far not the worst I've heard of but, not something I'd ever use.

It's not bad. I might spell it differently. Maybe Terren. Tarran for some reason reminds me of Tarzan.

My concern is the fact that Taryn is a girls name and I just don't know . . . why do boys' names have to be so flipping difficult?

Also, I went to school with a girl named Taryn. I like that spelling, but it is pretty girly.
