Sugar free koolaid or crystal light??

Dieting, exercising, trying to eat better. I drink water all the time except when I eat. I have to have some type of flavor beverage when I'm eating. Only about a full glass with lunch and dinner. Anyway which would be better ?

  • What in the world could be in sugar free kool aid??? Drink tea. Hot or cold. Helps digestion and weight loss anyways.

  • I used to drink crystal light. I would dilute the heck out of it though.

  • Crystal light is the better option of the two, taste-wise anyway.

  • Neither... the diet versions are FULL of chemicals that have actually been shown to promote food cravings. Ditch the diet/sugar free anything. You are far better off with the sugar version if you must.
pp is right, try iced teas - get peach or berry or lemon, brew and pour over ice. Add HONEY to the hot tea to sweeten before you chill
Or just flavor your water with lemon, lime, orange, cucumber, or mash some raspberries and mint
OR invest in a $50 juicer and make some fresh apple carrot ginger juice - if you must drink calories at least this way it has health benefits

  • Tea sweetened with a little juice for sweetener, water flavored with cucumber or berries or even a little bit of skim milk with a tiny bit of chocolate for flavor.
