Could I just be hard to get pregnant?

It took 3 months before I showed to be preg on a preg test with my daughter. But, with my son, I knew right away. Could that mean I am hard to get pregnant? The reason I asked....My hubby and I seperated, he had sex someone during this time, pulled out and the girl is preg and says its his. We had preg months later during my ovulation time and he did not pull out, but I did not end up preg. Could she really be pregnant by him or not really?
