I have a wide butt and thighs that I want to shrink, what do you recomend??

  • You can lose weight if you need to, but you might as well embrace your curves. At twenty years old, your body is about as good as it's going to get. After getting older and having babies, it's all downhill from there.

  • walk every day if you can, don't eat late, avoid sugar as much as you can, do some low impact aerobic & light 3-5 pound weights too slowly & stretch well

  • Take in fewer caloies that you burn and excercize.
    Some people are built differently from others a larger rear end may just be part of your heritage.

  • Lots of veggies fruit and lean protein. Walk about 15 minutes after each meal
