My daughter just told me her first joke...

3 year old girl says

"Does a cookie go to bed?"

I say, "I don't know, does a cookie go to bed?"

She says..... *drumroll*

"No!"

and laughs hysterically.

That's adorable! My Son's joke is Knock Knock, Knock Knock, Knock Knock, Knock Knock, I say who's there, he says aren't you gald I didn't say orange? Then laughs hysterically! LOL!

I love that age! So cute.

My oldest's favorite joke when he was 3 was - Knock knock. Who's there? Banana. Knock knock. Who's there? Banana. Knock knock. Who's there? Bananas in pants! *giggle giggle giggle giggle*

The kid told that joke so often that I still remember it 9 years later, and I still don't see what makes it funny other than his reaction to thinking he was just a cut up.

DS has a hard time understanding Jokes due to his Autism so he was about 4 when he told his first joke and even at 6 and 7 this one was STILL absolutely hilarious to him.

Even at 8 knock knock jokes are the one he understands best. lol. But now he knows some real ones!
