Is it ok to everyday eat wheat bread in breakfast?

  • As long as it has actual whole grains and no high fructose corn syrup (or large amounts of added sugar in general.)

  • check the ingredients on the back, if the first ngredient is whole wheat flour then you're good, otherwise it is just enriched white flour.

  • It's fine. Just being brown doesn't make it wheat bread though. Like PP have said, check the ingredients.

  • Wheat bread used to be considered very wholesome. Wheathas gotten a bit of a bad rap lately, but everything in moderation is fine. Nutrition gets frustrating because something tends to be evil one day and wonderful the next. Eggs, for instance. They've been billed as "the incredible edible egg" (that may be before some of your time) and also villified for their high amount of cholesterol. Milk, it' the same thing. People either think it's a miracle food or the next best thing to a poison.

  • It is hard to say what is ok for you. The best thing is to test it out see how you feel. If you feel fine and there are no medical conditions then yes I guess it is fine.
