Will You Help Bring Sean Home?

I am just stunned that this could happen to anyone!
Journal Post:

Family's Information Page:

We need your immediate assistance. Please call or fax the members of the U.S. House Committee on Foreign Affairs and ask them to please become a cosponsor of:

โ€œHouse Resolution 125 - The Sean Goldman Abduction by Congressman Chris Smithโ€
You must be very precise, do not say H.R.125, that is a totally different piece of legislation.
It is also important to mention that the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) has publicly endorsed this Resolution! Cosponsoring this resolution is the right thing for every Congressman and Congresswoman to do!

Will you help Sean come home?

  • it's a custody battle between 2 parents. I don't know these people, I have no clue who should have custody... I'm not gonna help someone get custody when I don't know that he should have it and the mom not.

that's what custody lawyers are for, and he should get one.

Obviously you did not read any of the articles. The mother ran to another country with the child without telling anyone. She is now deceased; her new husband is not only attempting to retain custody of the boy; but have his birth father's name removed from his Birth Cert! This is an American citizen essentially being held hostage in another country...And the father has both a US & a Brazillian Family Law Attorney's...Brazillian courts are violating the Hague Convention...

Please read the articles before commenting...geez

  • Juliansmommy317 - this will take you to the page where the text of the resolution is; and the links of the state reps to be contacted (phone-fax-mail) and asked to co-sponser. Thank you for taking your time.

  • Something like this actually happened in my area recently... a father kidnapped his 2 daughters during a "visit" and took them to Brazil... it took a couple of months but they both made it back, alive and well. Hopefully this story has a happy ending too, that poor child...
