Dinner Dinner Dinner. Help me out ladies.

I have a HUGE family. When I cook I usually cook 2-3 days in a row. Making enough for 2-3 pots/pans of whatever I cooked.

I am feeding 3 boys (they are like leeches)
A hungry Husband.
A little princess who has finally grown out of the Mac and cheese phase and wants to eat everything her brothers eat.
My In laws come over sometimes, so that's 2 more people.
My mom and sister come over also. 2 more people

In all I could feed anywhere from 6-10 people every night. Dude I'm tired.

Anyway I'm out of idea.

I have exhausted the following:
Baked chicken
Fried Chicken
Shrimp Fried Rice
Lasagna
Hamburgers
Hamburger Helper
Chicken and Dumplings
Roast

Need some ideas here ladies. I tried google but I like talking to other people and being able to ask questions about a recipe.

Let me have em. What am I cooking for dinner?

  • Love Pork chops. We have a recipe for Pork Chops with sweet potatoes and granny smith apples.

I can only make it when I know in laws aren't coming or when I already have something set aside in the fridge for them. They don't eat pork.

Would still love the recipe though.

  • this is the recipe that i used, only i used an electric skillet instead of a crock pot and it came out just great.

    Cinnamon Apple Sauce Pork Chops

    Ingredients:

    4 pork chops
3 c. apple sauce (or enough to coat the meat)
    Several dashes of cinnamon
    Directions:

Trim unwanted fat from pork chops. Place in a slow cooker and top with apple sauce and cinnamon. Stir mixture so cinnamon and apple sauce coat the pork chops. Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
