Stupid Question About Minute Rice

I'm kind of embarrassed to even ask this. But I'm out of regular long-grain rice, and running to the store isn't an option right now. So I'm down to the box of Minute Rice from my pantry, which I never buy or use. A friend gave it to me when she down-sized her kitchen and moved. I can't read the directions on the box, and I'm not sure how to prepare it. If anybody has a box of Minute Rice on hand, I'd be very grateful if you could look at it and tell me how to fix enough rice for two adults and a child so my family can have it for supper.

Thanks. It's great to know other moms have your back sometimes.
