Doritos or popcorn?

i havent eaten after dinner in over a week. yay! proud of myself. tonight for whatever reason i feel like rewarding myself, snuggling up on the couch and watching some tv with a snack. i know the popcorn is the healthier choice, but the doritos are small individual packages. the popcorn id have to pop a whole bag and most likely i'd eat way too much of it.

so which would you choose?

  • I'd go with the popcorn. The kind I get has approximately 250 calories in the whole bag, and while its a few more calories than Doritos would be, I'd be less likely to want to continue to snack afterward. Quantity and quality both with the popcorn, not so much with the chips.

  • I'd do the popcorn and dip it in hummus. I don't know why I love that but I do

  • the doritos are spicy nacho, and knowing me i'd be tempted to eat two of the single serve bags! i probably should take the better route and go with the popcorn lol
