  • have you tried a huminfier?
Also turn on the shower on hot and closed the door let it steam up a little bit and then bring your LO in there with you and sit in there for 10-15 minutes. That will help loosen things up. I learned that when my LO got croop.

  • Go to the emergency room. If none of that is working and he is having trouble breathing - TAKE HIM TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. Do it now.

  • try a warm bath right before bedtime to help loosen up the mucus

  • If he has Bronchitis then he needs an antibiotic ASAP it is caused by a bacteria. Keep him sitting upright t(head elevated) to drain the mucus. Don't lay him flat to sleep. Let him sleep in a baby swing if necessary. You can use Ocean saline nasal spray to help drain his sinuses. DON"T squirt it in, just gently tip his head back & drip it in then sit him up & wipe what drains out. He NEEDS to see another Pediatrician ASAP!
