Wish me luck...

today im going to court for yet another case management conference. this time i'll be duking out custody battles with my ex & his attorney, but i wont have my own representation. im extremely anxious/nervous.. nothing brings out my panic disorder like the thought of my ex getting any kind of unsupervised visitation. if i could not show up without any negative consequences i totally would, but, i have to go unfortunately. damn damn damn :( days like these i could use a very heavy tranquilizer lol

  • oh & it would be awesome if i actually walked out of the courtroom a divorced woman today too! but since we're on polar opposites with agreeing on timesharing i highly doubt it'll happen .

  • lol i dont have tranquilizers older! im saying i wish i did in times like these. but once it's over & i leave the courthouse ill feel better. its the build up & fear of the unknown part that has me unglued.

  • I go to court next week so my ex can be held in contempt for about the 7th or 8th time now for not paying child support - and last time, he didn't even show. I totally get your desire to not have to go.
