I think you have to buy those separately. A reputable piercer should be able to help you out.

It's a formatting error, most likely in that second post on the first page, where it copied in a bunch of "hidden" code by copying in an answer from another question. It's adding formatting stuff that wouldn't normally go in an answer, and there's nothing to turn it off, because the part that turns it off wasn't included in the copy.
