  • Why can't you eat pizza too? Done right it can be healthy - thin crust, lots of veggies, little/no meat, little cheese. Big salad on the side.

  • Maybe a nice big chef salad with lean meat or hard-boiled egg, or a bit of cheese? Or a sandwich on whole grain bread with lean meat and cheese? A bowl of soup?

  • I would eat a large salad and have one slice of pizza. I don't make any foods off limits, just eat them in smaller quantities less frequently

  • I make my own pizza with a whole grain pita, low sugar pizza sauce, low fat cheese and a ton of fresh veggies. Bake 12-14 minutes at 400 degrees. YUM!!!

  • I made pizza for the family last night. I also made myself one but with different crust. Get the Flatout brand flat bread - Italian style. They are long & rectangular & thin. Very low in carbs & calories. I topped mine with a TB of sauce, cheese, turkey pepperoni, & jalepenos. I only ate 1/2 of it and the total calories was very low!

  • I was gonna say a chef salad but Ballad beat me to it. I made a fiesta salad which if black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, cilantro - you can add bacon and shredded jack cheese.
