  • I make this dip everyone always ask me to bring it. You get a glass pie pan bottom layer cream cheese in the middle hormel chilli with beans and top it off with cheddar cheese.

  • Ingredients:

    1 14-ounce can Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
    1 12-ounce bottle Heinz® Chili Sauce
    1 2-pound bag frozen, pre-cooked, cocktail-size meatballs
    Directions:

    Combine sauces in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Add meatballs. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.

    Makes 30 appetizer servings.

    Slow cooker Preparation: Place meatballs in a slow cooker. Combine sauces and pour over meatballs. Cover and cook 4 hours on HIGH.

  • The standard crackers/chips with toppings/dips. One my mom used to make that I oddly love - spread a brick of softened cream cheese on a plate/platter. Pour on a jar of cocktail sauce. Top with canned tiny shrimp - I think she used a couple of cans.

    Or the mexican layer dip - mix taco seasoning into cream cheese, spread on a plate/platter, spread on a layer of refried beans, a layer of salsa, then top wtih shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, shredded cheese, and any other taco stuff you like (olives, avocado, etc).
