i swear my6 year old acts like i haven't fed him in like forever.. is this normal with 6 year olds??

  • According to my pediatrician, painful shins, especially at night, are classic signs of a growth spurt.

  • my 6 year old is going through that phase too. some days she's her usual self (eats like a bird) and others she's a bottomless pit. growth spurt for sure.

  • Depends on the kid. My oldest has never been much of an eater. He has to be reminded to eat. My youngest is a total food person. At some point, I have to just tell him no more! If I let him, he would eat all day long.

  • how would i know if he;s going through a growth spurt? he's been complaning of pain on the shins at night.. i dont know if that has nayhting to do with it
