  • It's because your baby is a newborn and it's normal and natural to worry about things like this. The hardest part of being a parent is the constant worrying. Your baby is fine and as long as there are no signs of anything, this was only a dream manifesting what you had already been thinking about.

  • The dream only reflects your worries. It is not a prediction. When we dream the brain often works out what we have heard or thought about during the day, sometimes it even puts together different concerns or observations. Being concerned about the baby is natural.

  • You have a newborn, your hormones are surging, and you worry that you're not doing everything right.

  • Dreams come from our own mind - our fears, dreams, hopes, etc. They reflect what we are feeling deep down inside. They are not premonitions. This one just means that there is a part of you that is worried about your baby, and it's very normal. Now that you are awake, just give that little one an extra snuggle and focus on enjoying the healthy baby you have.

  • I agree with the raging hormones. They do "wonders" on our dream state!
