Please help!!! Samsung Tab 2 error message.


Please help! My daughter has a tablet, the Samsung Tab 2. Today when she started her tablet, she gets this message "Android is upgrading, starting apps". This message was this way for over an hour. I opened up the tablet, removed the battery, and re-installed it, and still the same message.

Please help!!!

  • Go to the Samsung homepage & contact the support team. They are actually very good. They helped me fix an issue with my flat screen TV.

  • I did a Google search and it looks like a common problem with no solution. It usually means the tablet is dead in the water. One guy had some luck by replacing the USB cord, another by wiping back to factor settings but, for the most part, it was an expensive paperweight when this happened. If it's fairly new, I'd be calling the retailer who sold it to you
