Does anyone else feel like they are always contstantly struggling with anxiety and having irrational thoughts and fears?

  • I suffer from anxiety. Most of the time I can control it just by talking myself thru it. When I can't, I pray, take Valerian root, talk to someone I trust, and/or drink some tea.

  • I have a chronic anxiety disorder but have found that a combination of natural meds, yoga and proper nutrition are most effective for me. Also, exercise has helped a lot

  • I was diagnosed with acute anxiety a while back.. I don't feel afraid, I just worry constantly, and I have heart palpitations all the time.. It's annoying. I do breathing exercise's that my Dr showed me how to do. I don't take meds, I wanted to learn to control it on my own, not mask it with meds.
