Does anyone else have trouble wearing heels without straps?

Maybe I just dont know how to walk in them lol but I cant seem to walk in normal heels without my heel slipping out of it. Ive tried different sizes, and if I go any smaller my foot will be crushed, so normally I just buy heels with some sort of strap to hold my foot in place. Any advice here?

  • I do but I am to have them because I need to make sure my ankle is stabled. I have really bad ankles. One right ankle as a fracture on it that was healed wrong and my doctor said it can snap at any time so I need to be careful so I try my best not to wear heals and when I do it needs to have support on the ankle

  • I prefer ones with straps because it does make walking/dancing, etc easier, but I don't but them specifically with or without straps.

  • I prefer a full shoe and I even need straps across my foot (think Mary Janes).

  • I hate wearing shoes with a strap. I have been wearing shoes without straps for a couple of years now.
