Can a pregnancy test come back positive after 9 days of conception?

  • Well it's approximately 5 days before a missed period, so technically speaking it can for some women. The percentage of those who actually can is pretty small, though.

    I would retest in a few days to make sure it wasn't a fluke.

  • It is possible, but it's not as likely to come up positive as it would be a few days later.
