  • Shake & bake chicken, boxed scalloped potatoes, and frozen mixed veg. In honor of my being out all day and having no time to cook, we're eating all-American tonight.

  • I just ate cold chili from pot on pita chips. I am weird.
DD3 just had pasta w/marinara sauce (it's about all she will eat these days)
DD13 just got dropped off on the ski slope after having the chili hot on rice like a normal human being.
DH is probably still freezing his butt off on the fishing boat deck, but when he is done he will tuck into one of the lovely roast beef sandwiches I sent with him.

  • Well, we were out at a park day with our homeschooling group all day, so tonight is simple, quick and easy: chicken nuggets and strips, frozen curly fries, and frozen onion rings.

Tomorrow night will be healthier...I think. I hope. I'm going to try. I promise.
