Is anyone else always tired?

I'm always tired, it doesn't matter whether I get lots of sleep, a little sleep, exercise or whatever. I also take vitamins daily but I'm still always tired. Anyone know how I can get over this?

  • Get a medical exam to rule out virus or anemia. It sounds as though you are doing the right things. Is there stress in your life- that would sap your energy, too. But get a checkup.

  • Are you pregnant? Exhaustion is a symptom of pregnancy

  • When you figure it out, let me know. I'm always tired too, regardless of the same. Vitamins, exercise, balanced diet, maybe it's just raising 2 kids or getting old!

  • Might need iron supplement, also drink more water---being even a little dehydrated can make you tired Check that I bet you need to up your water. If that does not help in abot a week see your doctor

  • ME! I've been like that as long as I can remember. I've been to doctors, but they always say nothing is wrong with me.

  • I'm alwasy tired too and dont have insurance so cant get checked by a doctor,I dont think I want to. Anyways they always have random ideas for why your sick and tired and never solve the problem!Doctors for the most part just need your money... More and more people are turning to health food stores for help.

  • I am also - I think it's due to my iron levels also. I'm borderline anemia w/ fluctuation. I'm fixing to start Iron infusions ( I don't take pills well). If that doesn't help - gonna request B-12 shots I guess..
