  • I doubt I would sell, unless it was like poltergeist!

  • I would stay

  • Stay

Answer by Bmat at 7:58 AM on Feb. 7, 2013

  • I'd already been living there for years, so I'd stay. No point to moving then. If I found out before I bought it, then I might not buy it. But once I've bought it and lived there, without knowing, just seems silly to move (to me at least).

  • well, not many can afford to just sell and go so I would think we would still owe money and would loose a bit so I would stay!!!

  • I don't know. Depends on how long I've lived there and if I have noticed anything "weird" happening around the house.

Aren't realtors obligated by law to tell you if there has been a murder in the house?

  • Since I had already been there for years I would just stay.

  • Unless there were scary ass ghosts & constant press/gawkers (like if it was a famous case) then I guess I'd stay.

  • Oh gosh this is a tough one. I'd rather not know about it! My friend recently moved into a home and found out a few weeks that someone commit suicide there, she doesn't let it bother her though. But personally it would give me the hibigeebies!
