Except the baby food available in market what else can I give my 13 month old son to eat?

We are pure vegetarians . I already give my child gerber baby food and gerber yoghurt . What else can I feed him and is made fresh in my kitchen? also my son has got only 6 teeths?

  • anything you eat just cut up smaller. By 13 months he should be able to eat bites of softer table foods.

  • By 13 months your child can eat whatever you eat pretty much, just less salt, and I think I also read somewhere that they cant have whole nuts until the age of 4? someone correct me if thats wrong though!
